The secret is simple: sear first, cover to cook through, then add BBQ sauce at the end so it doesn’t burn.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless (to 4 if your hungry), skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breast cutlets)
- 1–2 Tbsp Canary Island Garlic & Herb Olive Oil “The Splash”
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (Kansas City-style works great)
- Salt, to taste

Instructions

- Glaze: Reduce heat to medium/medium-low. Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken and spoon it over the top for 2–4 minutes until thick and sticky. If needed, add a tiny splash of water to loosen the sauce.
- Rest: Rest 2 minutes, then serve.
