Every bottle is seasoned by hand with the highest quality organic herbs and spices. And we use only certified extra virgin olive oil in our recipe.
Miriam Vigoa initially re-created The Canary Island Garlic Herb Olive Oil “The Splash” for Kristi to use at their coffee house in Winter Haven, Florida. Because everyone wanted to eat there, but Kristi didn’t know how to cook. Miriam said, “Just Splash it on everything and people will think you know how to cook!”
It worked, Kristi Splashed it on toasted bagels with cream cheese and tomato and toasted them, and veggie pita pizza recipe with hummus, and a spicy avocado wrap for the customers. They went so crazy they started bringing empty glass jars and asking Miriam for Splash to take home, so they cook with it as well.
